This story is beautiful, magical and it’s a wonderful experience. It also overturns the ‘model minority’ stereotype with a deliciously twisty story that will leave you breathless. The author masterfully builds the tension until it reaches a fever pitch as Isa finally begins putting the various pieces of the puzzle into place. The suspense in the story will keep you reading all night. All the characters in this novel are important, and even though it’s a very complicated story, you get hooked from the beginning.
